Concrete Division

Pouring stamped concrete is a true art form to us and requires several craftsmen that are skilled, trained and equipped to place and stamp it correctly. Our regulations require that the forms to be set with laser surveying equipment to assure that the intended grades and water drainage will conform within the limited tolerances allowed. We pay special attention to compaction issues of the existing soil and the possibility of expansive materials that may cause additional movement at the foundation level. Re-bar is placed in the pour to help manage this movement and assure that the stones or sections do not separate and cause a trip hazard. Fiber may be required in more extreme cases to insure stability, integrity or increase longevity. Road base is often placed down before the pour when we are dealing with shifting soils high clay areas.

Many projects have existing conditions that will require us to demo the old material and haul it to the recycle plant or to the landfill. All of these projects require an engineering and planning process that is unique to each situation and set of circumstances. The measure of our success is attributed to our ability to perform a service and construct a product at your residence with the same care and attention to detail as building the same project at my house.
