We require no money down from our clients.
All of our projects are collected upon at the completion of the work unless you live in another place (residence is out of town) or out of state. There are certainly exceptions to this rule, but they are very few and far between. Extraordinary references are also available for you to go visit our previous clients and get to view our quality work in person. Our deck and patio designs are prepared by Paul (as seen here); who has himself been a Master Carpenter of many years; Philip, the owner of Denver Decks and the Managing Member of Denver Decks, LLC, who grew up in this business and has helped to mold and shape the standards of the Deck Building Industry we know today. Philip, an experienced Master Carpenter working in the Denver deck market for over 39 years in his present capacity. Both of these men have a very sharp attention to the details of your project, an extraordinary construction knowledge and are also willing to discuss all of the known options with each client as these needs arise. We both like to help out in the field whenever it is at all possible and love to remain current with your families project - all of this additional effort is then expended in order to uphold and to further our commitment to promote excellence throughout this company, and add to the talented contractors that we work with on a daily basis.
